One of the most popular dishes in India is the puri / poori which is a deep fried bread. They are popular as a breakfast or snack dish. Some people prepare it with maida but I generally use whole wheat flour for preparing the pooris.
One of the favorite and popular combination is the poori-bhaji which is the aloo sabzi. Instead I decided to serve it with black chickpeas curry.
