easy vermicelli crepes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted vermicelli ( semiya )
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup rava ( semolina / sooji )
- 1/2 cup yogurt ( curd / dahi )
- 1-2 green chillies
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- A few coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying dosas
Instructions
- Finely chop the onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Grate the carrot.
- In a bowl, mix roasted vermicelli, rice flour, rava, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves and salt with yogurt.
- The batter needs to be thin, so add water if needed.
- Heat a tava or gridle. Pour a ladle of the batter on the tava, drizzle oil on the dosa and let it cook.
- Flip over and cook on the other side.
- Serve vermicelli dosas hot with chutney or tomato pickle.
