Easy whole wheat flour crepes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour ( atta / godhumai flour )
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 or 2 green chillies
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- A few curry leaves
- A few coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop the onion and green chillies finely.
- Chop the curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, rice flour, chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, grated ginger, asafoetida and salt.
- Add water to this mixture and make a thin batter.
- Heat the griddle/tava. Pour the batter on the griddle and drizzle oil on all the sides.
- Once the dosa turns golden brown, flip it over and again cook for some time.
- Serve wheat dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
