Pav bhaji is a popular Indian street food that is easily available in most of the Indian cities.
But I never knew of the existence of tawa pulao, a popular street food in Mumbai. It is a mixture of cooked rice and vegetables, blended with Indian spices and served hot.
I had prepared pav bhaji and was wondering what else I could prepare with the pav bhaji masala that was left over. It was then that I came across this pulao with different versions. I decided to try out this pulao with my version and it turned out delicious.
It is easy to prepare and if you have leftover rice, then it takes only a few minutes to prepare this pulao. Do try this tawa pulao and you will be making it regularly, I bet 🙂
