A popular Indian yogurt dip recipe using onions and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt / curd
- 1 onion medium-sized
- A few coriander leaves
- 1 small tomato
- 1 green chilli
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the yogurt till it is smooth.
- Chop the onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves finely.
- Add them to the beaten yogurt along with salt.
- Mix well and serve onion tomato raita as an accompaniment to biryani / pulao / parathas.
