I was on the verge of making eggless mango muffins as mangoes are aplenty this season. But seeing the bananas almost overripe, I settled on making these banana choco chip muffins.

I love the flavor of bananas in cakes and muffins and the lovely aroma that fills the air when they are baked. These soft muffins are a breeze to make. I have not used butter in these muffins and you get the full flavor of bananas in each bite.

I guess bananas are a favorite with both kids and adults and they are also healthy. Bananas are rich in dietary fiber and potassium. They are a great source of vitamin B6. Lets move on to the easy recipe for these muffins.
