Green Capsicum Chutney | Green Bell Pepper Chutney

by Jiya Jesh · Updated on July 15, 2022 Chutney / Thuvaiyal| South Indian Recipes

Green capsicum chutney is a simple Indian styled chutney prepared with bell peppers.

Capsicum has a lovely crunchy texture and I love adding it to curries like capsicum masala curry, potato capsicum curry or in rice dishes like mint capsicum pulao or even in capsicum raita.

As for the health benefits of capsicums, they are rich in Vitamin C and are also known to lower cholesterol.

This recipe here is for green capsicum chutney that can be served with idlis or dosas or basically any breakfast dishes. It is a tangy and spicy chutney that tastes delicious. Do try this easy green capsicum chutney.
