by Jiya Jesh · Updated on July 15, 2022 Sabzi (Veg - Dry curries)

Kadai Paneer is one of the easiest and yummy side dishes to prepare that goes well with rotis or rice. This is a popular North Indian dish.

kadai paneer, north indian recipe, side dish for roti, capsicum paneer sabzi

The name of the dish refers to the cottage cheese ( paneer ) that is cooked with tomatoes and spices in an Indian wok ( kadai ). It is a colorful dish with the white paneer, green capsicum and bright red tomatoes.

I haven’t used kasoori methi in this recipe, you could add it to give more flavor to the dish.
