Papaya milkshake recipe – an easy and healthy milkshake using ripe papaya fruit. Papaya is rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber and other nutrients. But I am not a great fan of this fruit. So, I decided to make a milkshake using papaya and it turned out good.

This healthy milkshake can be quite filling and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Blend papaya, sugar and honey with a little milk till you get a smooth paste.
  2. Then add the remaining milk and blend again.
  3. Serve papaya milkshake chilled.
