Papaya milkshake recipe – an easy and healthy milkshake using ripe papaya fruit. Papaya is rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber and other nutrients. But I am not a great fan of this fruit. So, I decided to make a milkshake using papaya and it turned out good.
This healthy milkshake can be quite filling and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 1 cup papaya, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Blend papaya, sugar and honey with a little milk till you get a smooth paste.
- Then add the remaining milk and blend again.
- Serve papaya milkshake chilled.
