This pudina chutney goes very well as a sandwich spread. It can also be used with dhoklas and for chaats.

Mint Chutney (Pudina Chutney) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Method

    • Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves
    • Chop onion, green chillies and ginger
    • Blend the mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, onions, ginger, cumin seeds, amchur powder, salt and green chillies with very little water
    • You could dilute it with water if needed
