- Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves
- Chop onion, green chillies and ginger
- Blend the mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, onions, ginger, cumin seeds, amchur powder, salt and green chillies with very little water
- You could dilute it with water if needed
