Methi paratha is a delicious unleavened Indian flatbread flavored with fenugreek leaves.

methi paratha, fenugreek paratha

While parathas are generally prepared with some stuffing within them, this paratha has the methi leaves directly mixed in the dough.

Fenugreek leaves are very nutritious as they are rich in protein, iron and fiber. The slightly bitter taste that you get in these parathas give them a unique flavor.

These easy parathas are a healthy breakfast option and you could serve it with plain yogurt or pickles.
