Pasta and eggs come together in this easy pasta omelette recipe – a great way to make use of leftover pasta too.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pasta
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, small, chopped finely
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tomato, medium-sized, sliced finely
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta and keep aside.
- Beat the eggs. Mix milk along with beaten eggs and keep aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Season it with minced garlic.
- Once garlic turns brown, add chopped onions and saute till onions turn light brown.
- Toss in the cooked pasta along with salt and pepper powder and mix well.
- Add sliced tomatoes and gently stir the mixture.
- Lower the flame and pour in the beaten eggs and milk mixture.
- Let this cook on slow flame till the underside gets cooked.
- Cover the pan and cook till the omelette gets fully cooked from the top also.
- Once the omelette gets cooked, remove from heat.
- Slice pasta omelette like a pizza and serve it hot!
Notes
- You can even use leftover pasta with sauce for this recipe.
