Radish Chutney / Mullangi Chutney / Mooli Chutney recipe – an easy vegetable chutney recipe using the humble root vegetable, radish.
The pungent flavor of radish can be quite overwhelming at times. When not making radish sambar, my next option would be this South Indian style radish chutney.
I have used white radish for this recipe. It can be served as a side dish for rotis, dosas, idlis or rice.
Radish has a lot of health benefits. Apart from being a low-calorie vegetable, they have a high content of Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin K.
They contain large amounts of dietary fiber. They are also rich in calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium.
