Thayir keerai recipe – a simple yogurt based curry recipe with leafy greens added to it. It is a South Indian type of curry that goes well with rice. I have used arai keerai for this recipe, but you could prepare it with any other type of greens.
Leafy vegetables are high in iron, calcium and dietary fiber. They are low in calories and fat.
As you know, yogurt is rich in protein , calcium , vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. So this dish is full of nutrition and easy to make.
