Apple dates milkshake is a nutritious and tasty milkshake recipe with the goodness of apples, dates and almonds. Dates are a great source of iron while apples are rich in fiber and almonds are rich in Vitamin E. This healthy milkshake is filling and can be a good breakfast drink.

Healthy and filling milkshake using apples and dates

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 6 dates
  • 5 almonds
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the apple, dates and almonds.
  2. Blend this with milk and sugar in a blender.
  3. Apple dates milkshake is ready to be served chilled.

Notes

  • You can replace sugar with honey for a healthier milkshake.
