a healthy milkshake using bananas and almonds.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 medium sized banana
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 almonds
Instructions
- Chop banana.
- Grind the almonds first.
- Then add the chopped bananas, milk and sugar to the ground almonds and blend.
- Garnish with chopped almonds.
- Serve banana almond milkshake chilled.
Notes
- You could use honey instead of sugar.
