a refreshing yogurt based drink using cucumber.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup curd / yogurt
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1 inch piece ginger
- A few coriander leaves
- 3-4 curry leaves
- A pinch of cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Blend cucumber, green chilli, chopped ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add yogurt, salt, water and cumin powder and blend for a while.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
