I had run out of vegetables with only onions, tomatoes and potatoes left in the pantry and was wondering what to prepare for lunch. I could only see the boiled red kidney beans in the fridge.
That is when I decided to prepare this rajma pulao. It is a simple one pot dish.
It makes for a healthy lunch box recipe as kidney beans are full of nutrition. You could have it with just a bowl of yogurt or curd. I served it with aloo raita and it was a delicious combination. Do try out this easy rajma pulao recipe.
