Ingredients
- 1 cup green gram sprouts
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 tomato
- 2 green chillies
- Juice of half lemon
- A few coriander leaves
- Black Salt to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop onion and tomato finely.
- Slit the green chillies
- Chop coriander leaves
- In a mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together, adjusting the amount of black salt and salt according to taste
- Serve as a healthy snack or as an appetizer
