Raw banana tikki is a delicious Indian snack recipe. Think of street food and one name that does come to your mind is the aloo tikki. It is eaten as it is or sometimes served with chole but any combination does taste good!
I wanted to make this snack, but decided instead to incorporate plantain also to this tikki. So this tikki has a combination of potato and plantain and tastes yummy.
