Spinach pakora is a simple spinach fritters snack recipe. I had a bunch of spinach and was in a mood to eat some crispy, hot snack and settled on making these palak pakoras. These pakoras are really yummy and since we add spinach, it is a more healthier version of pakoras. They can be served with tea or coffee as a snack.
