Cabbage tomato curry is a simple dry curry recipe. I wanted to try the combination of cabbage with tomatoes and settled on this stir-fry dish. This dish goes well as a side dish for rice or rotis.
Cabbage is a great source of vitamin C and also has a high fiber content. Its a great vegetable to be included in our diet.
