Capsicum zunka recipe is a dry curry of bell pepper and chickpea flour. Zunka is a traditional Maharashtrian dish prepared with onions and chickpea flour.
It is generally served with bhakar which is a flatbread prepared with jowar / sorghum flour.
This is another of the Maharashtrian dishes that I like to make, apart from batata poha and Maharashtrian kadhi. This dish can be served with rotis or rice.
The crunchy capsicums and spiced gram flour together make for a flavorful and tasty combination.
