Shimla mirch raita is a simple raita recipe prepared with bell peppers, onions and yogurt.
It is a tasty raita that you could prepare instead of the usual onion tomato raita, when you are looking for something different to have.
This easy raita can be served with pulao or dal rice or rotis.
I served it with green moong dal khichdi.
