Sweet Mint Lassi – Sweet Pudina Lassi recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt / curd / dahi
- 1/2 cup mint leaves / pudina, tightly packed
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Pick and wash mint leaves.
- Blend yogurt with mint leaves, cardamom powder and sugar till it becomes a smooth drink.
- Serve sweet mint lassi chilled.
- Alternatively, you could blend mint lassi again with a few ice cubes and serve immediately.
