Mooli ki Sabzi / mooli ki bhurji recipe – a simple and easy North Indian style radish stir fry. This recipe is a lightly spiced stir fry using both radish as well as radish leaves.
I usually end up making radish greens dal when I am able to get hold of radish tops from the market. I have never tried eating raw radish salads, and instead prefer cooking it. For a change, I tried this simple and healthy radish greens stir fry using the radish too.
I have made this radish sabzi a few times since I tried it first and totally love it for its simplicity and taste. Its almost like a warm cooked radish salad along with the goodness of radish leaves.
The recipe for this mooli ki bhurji is very easy. I have used white radish together with the radish greens here. The sabzi is tangy and delicious and goes well as a side dish for chapatis / rotis and rice.
