A refreshing yogurt dip using pomegranates.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups yogurt / curd / dahi
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- A few coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the yogurt till smooth.
- Chop coriander leaves.
- Add salt, sugar and pepper powder to the curd and mix well.
- Now add the pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix well and serve pomegranate raita as a side dish for biryani or pulao.
- You can also chill it and serve cold.
